smuggled out of the camp by a brave soldier in the bottom of his truck.
Handing them a few provisions, the soldier dropped off the children
in the forest, leaving them to fend for themselves.

as this group of six children fight to survive in a war-torn Germany,
showing the resiliency and strength of the human spirit when
faced with seemingly impossible circumstances.
